Overview - STIM27 and STIM31 Trials
TRIAL MISSION. We are crystal clear: Our mission is to provide practical, cost-effective solutions specifically tailored to address the daunting challenges faced by small-scale farmers. Among these solutions, STIM27 and STIM31 represent our initial efforts to rejuvenate and protect coconut and large palm trees from damage caused by red ring nematodes or their vectors.
STIM27 Objectives: Our primary goal is to eliminate the nefarious red ring nematodes (Bursaphelenchus cocophilus) and the larvae of their vectors, which feed on and destroy coconut palms. Our secondary goal is to then asses if the palm can be returned to a productive life.

STIM31 Objectives: Our primary goal is to simultaneously confuse and repel beetles (including vectors for Bursaphelenchus cocophilus) from visiting the palm’s crown and deter their egg-laying.
Beneficial Insects Unharmed: Importantly, our approach attempts to ensure that beneficial insects remain unaffected.
The Arsenal: Active Ingredients: Our secret sauce! These ingredients are naturally occurring and biodegradable plant and seaweed extracts combined with various. They are non-toxic, known to occur naturally, and leave no toxic residues in the nuts.
How They Strike: The combined action of these ingredients is both contact and systemic. They disrupt pests at every stage of their life cycle but do so at very low concentrations.
Longevity: This solution is intentionally designed to remain active for at least three (3) full life cycles of the targeted pests.
What Sets Us Apart: Small Farmers’ Struggle: For small farmers, nematode infections spell disaster for their coconut trees.
Our Intention: Through trials, we seek to verify that our solution, when timely applied, is curative—allowing the tree to regain productivity.
